Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and supplied with tracking information. Standard Shipping within Australia is sent via Sendle or Australia Post. If you would like a rush order please email us at sales@themabellbl.com.
Custom orders
Please allow 2 weeks for the order to be made! You will receive an email with your tracking details once the order has been shipped. If you would like a rush order, please email us at sales@themabellbl.com and we will try to accommodate. All custom pieces are one off, made from pre-loved materials. As these garments are made to order, please refer to the mock up image for reference of what the finished piece will look like.

$15 express shipping
If you are within out 10km radius, you will see the option for next business day delivery ($10).

Return & Exchange Policy
Change of mind returns accepted within 10 days of purchase if garment is in original condition. Return post at own cost. A full refund, excluding shipping, will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods.
